By accessing or using the DeepBuild platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use DeepBuild. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not use the Service to transmit harmful or illegal content.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders & Payments

All purchases are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for returns. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Ideas & Community Content

By submitting ideas, reviews, or comments, you grant DeepBuild a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content. You retain ownership of your original content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DeepBuild — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of DeepBuild or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
